The tool we reach for when a local-service client already has three or four systems they like and just needs them wired together — Go High Level only makes sense when we're replacing that stack, not connecting it. Worth modelling expected task volume before quoting a tier; it's the easiest line item to under-budget.

Overview
Zapier connects whatever a client already has rather than replacing it — the largest integration library in the category, multi-step Zaps with conditional paths, and a free tier genuinely useful for testing a workflow before paying. Task-based pricing is the thing to model carefully: a single busy form or webhook can burn through a plan's task allowance fast, and doubling task volume roughly doubles the bill with little economy of scale until the very top tiers.
