Overview
Microsoft Clarity is completely free with a single, permanent tier — unlimited heatmaps, session recordings and websites, no traffic cap, no paid upgrade to unlock. It's a companion to Google Analytics rather than a replacement: Clarity shows what a visitor actually did on a page (where they hesitated, what they rage-clicked), while GA4 shows where they came from and whether they converted. Session recordings raise the same privacy/consent considerations as any tool that records real visitor behaviour.
